Fiona Maureso
Senior Charter Broker with Northrop & Johnson
Fiona Maureso is a senior charter broker based in Antibes with Northrop & Johnson, where she’s helped clients design bespoke superyacht charters since 2013. A University of Bath graduate in European Studies, she began her career as crew on a 40-metre motor yacht before moving ashore to brokerage roles, including positions at Peter Insull’s Yacht Marketing and Yachting Partners International.
Widely respected in the industry, Fiona served two terms as President of MYBA – The Worldwide Yachting Association – championing ethics, professionalism, and next-generation talent. She works in English and French and is known for meticulous, client-first service.
